It's sure nice to be able to rent a car in Hancock county without having to go to Gulfport. They have great weakened rates.
Went in a week early to reserve a minivan and was assured one would be there. They called half an hour before we were to pick it up and said they did not have it. All I got was an excuse about someone not returning their rental. Why are they making someone else's not returning THEIR rental MY problem! Now I don't have a minivan for my family visiting from out of town.
Need more car choices, service was great though
I had a terrible experience with enterprise. They called me a million times for no reason, I was traveling and needed to switch to a suv but every enterprise I called were so rude and acted like it was such a inconvenience so they didn't want to do it. The car I finally got put in was honestly a P.O.S. the breaks sucked on it the tire kept going flat but they expected me to go sit at firestone and have it looked at which pissed me off. I'm just not happy with enterprise. It ruined my vacation having them call me so much which added more stress to me. Not happy
