I had bought two brushes for painting roof coolant bought the wrong kind took them back the lady at customer service was absolutely one and I went and bought two proper brushes the cashier was polite
Great store as long as you don't have to return anything. This location takes the guidelines to the extreme and makes you feel like a criminal at the returns counter.
Wouldn't honor the 10 percent Military Discount. Said we have to go online and register even after my husband showed his I.D. NO ONE asked us if we needed any help and looked at us like we were crazy for walking into their store. Waste of time. Home Depot has much better service.
